Leider nicht mit dem Personal. Bei der Ankunft fanden sie unsere Reservation nicht!
Am andern Tag Zimmer Wechsel! Entschuldigung nicht speziell! Dann Zimmer nicht gemacht, sie hatten den ganzen Tag Zeit, aber ab 20.00 Feierabend, sorry!

They put me in the wrong apartment - no balcony as per the purchase agreement. After complaining twice I decided to stay in the one they gave me. Not coming back.
