Überteuert, schlechtes Essen und das Personal überfordert. Preis Leistung passt nicht.

Zimmer und Ausblick waren sehr schön, Personal war freundlich. Alles andere war enttäuschend. Parken überzogen teuer, zusätzlich wird eine Resortfee von 30$ Tax erhoben. Dafür bekommt man Poolhandtücher und Wlan. Von den 30$ kann man 20$ zum konsumieren nutzen. Klingt viel, ist es aber nicht. 100$ haben bei uns (2 Personen) für 1x Frühstücken und 2 Cocktails gereicht. Das Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert, hatte das Joghurt Parfait, mit ganzen 5 Blauberen. Mein Freund ein Avacado Toast. Das waren dann schon fast 50$

A lot of money for the condition of the room we stayed in. Horrible service when trying to reach the front desk.

This is a very low to basic Hilton experiences but the fees and charges do not correspond with that. You are required to pay an additional $100 per night in security fees. The shuttle to anywhere but the beach is NOT included and you have pay an additional $25USD even if to be taken across the street, which happened to me. There are lots of hidden fees. There were holes in my sheets and blood stains. I had constant issues with flushing my toilet in my room and the mini fridge is really a poorly working cooler. The wifi is very poor and drops constantly, this happened while I was in a virtual court hearing one of the days. JJ or JoJo the front desk supervisor was extremely helpful and accommodating to the credit card issues I was having being out of my country's jurisdiction but all other staff were very discouteous and impatient generally. The housekeeping and valet staff were excellent. But the restaurant and front desk need substantial training. This hotel offers very little value for money and fails to treat Honour members very honourably at all. My complaints were met with eye rolls and sighs by front desk staff after my 1st night and attempts to, in honesty, sort out the payment of additional fees issue with my non US cards. I usually stay all Hiltons alll over the world and this was by far my worst experience to date.
