• Outdoor Activities: Spend a day playing golf at Golf de Giez, while taking in the breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Enjoy a family picnic with local hiking routes and the chance to spend the day with marmots and chamois. Rent a bike and cycle around Lake Annecy (40 km) with opportunities to take a dip and visit charming nearby villages, such as Talloires.

Our cozy 40m2 Studio Apartment is set in a stunning and mountainous backdrop and is conveniently located only a 5-minute drive from Lake Annecy. If you're joining us in the winter, La Sambuy is a great family-friendly ski resort only 20-minutes away. Discover the region's delicious cuisine and rich culture! Our lovely space comfortably sleeps 3 guests, but can accommodate up to 5!

Retreat to our comfortable STUDIO which features a comfortable Double Sofa bed. You'll find 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed in a separate sleeping alcove which is separated by a curtain. Curl up and watch your favourite French show on the TV. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the evening, enjoy some fresh air and a glass of wine on the balcony or terrace!

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM. Bathroom linen is not provided but is available to rent on-site for an additional charge. Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave, a small fridge, and a dishwasher.
