Gute Lage, Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, Service steht nicht bei allen Mitarbeitern hoch in Kurs - besonders nicht in den Restaurants

Gutes Hotel mit sehr vielen Gästen

We went 3 days without hot water only to be told that we needed to let the water run a while. The Hilton's message on their TV was to conserve water as much as possible then we were expected to run the water for over 15 minutes before getting hot water. What a waste!! We were disgusted. The Diamond Head tower is old and in need of updating.

Great pools and restaurants. Quiet area of Waikiki. We had 2 adults and 2 children in our room but regularly they didn’t leave enough towels. Beds were small too but comfortable.
