WC Sitz war kaputt, Klima hat nach mehrfacher Bedienung nicht funktioniert und das Frühstück beinhaltete einige nicht frische Produkte.

Reception and Room Service are very good and helpful. The massage service doesn't perform well, too expensive for that.The performance is below the Dedeman level.

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist extrem abgewohnt und hat deswegen in unseren Augen keine 5 Sterne. Außerdem werden extra Parkgebühren fällig, wenn man mit dem eigenen Auto anreist. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ein Unding... keine Empfehlung von uns.
