Grand Hyatt ein großer Hotelname aber hier leider nicht zutreffend!
* Glasspitter auf dem Boden des Zimmers
* Poolliegen so verdreckt, dass man sich ekelt sich darauf zu legen
* am Pool überall Ablagerungen die nicht gereinigt wurden
In Summe macht das Hotel den Eindruck, dass der Pachtvertrag ausläuft und nix investiert wird bzw. auch nicht gründlich gereinigt wird
Sehr enttäuschend!
