Gut, aber die Beschreibung muss angepasst werden
Veröffentlicht am 27.10.2022 auf HotelsAllgemeiner Zustand OK. Das Zimmer hat keinen Meeresblick, im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung. Es gab auch kein Parkplatz. Aber das Personal war nett und konnte nach Mitternach einchecken.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Es gab täglich frische Brötchen und Simit sowie Rühr- oder Spiegelei. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt auf Wunsch täglich (wird am Morgen abgefragt). Das fanden wir ganz prima. Das Zimmer ist praktisch und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Bad mit Dusche war richtig nobel.
Was nicht so schön ist: Das Hotel liegt in einer Gegend, in der Schuhgroßhändler ihre Geschäfte haben. Das bedeutet, das täglich von früh an hunderte von Kartons angeliefert, ausgepackt, neu verpackt und wieder abgeholt werden. Deshalb liegt einiges an Pappe und "anderen Materialien" auf Fußweg und Straße, es herrscht reges Treiben bis in die Nacht. Es ist nicht gerade die vertrauenswürdigste Gegend und es gibt kaum eine freie Ecke, um ein Auto abzustellen. Deshalb hatten wir unser Auto auch im nahegelegenen Parkhaus abgestellt. Leider erfuhren wir erst bei Abholung, dass es kostenpflichtig war (wir hatten bei der Hotelbuchung "mit Parkplatz gebucht....). Schade war auch, dass der junge Hotelangestellte uns nur zum Parkhaus geleitete, wir den Weg zurück aber allein finden mussten. (Wer die Gegend und den Verkehr dort kennt weiß, dass das für einen Ortsfremden eine ziemliche Herausforderung ist.)

Nevertheless, our location of hotel is in the heart of Istanbul where daily is visited by many tourists and merchants. All of them prefer to stay close to sightseeing which very close to our hotel.Please accept all our apology for miss informing you about parking, it is pity that you have not asked at arrival we could let you know at beginning that we do not have parking related to hotel. But we have parking building nearby and on your reservation it was showed that we have parking nearby and it is not included to your hotel payment. We are always helpful with our guests in every situation on arrival and on leaving. They arranged for airport transfers, the breakfast was tasty, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing kind and professional. The absolute only negative thing i can say is the wifi is not very strong. But i was not there to get online smile...but enjoy Istanbul.

At first there was misunderstanding and I was checked in a small room but when I have raised the issue with the staff I was really amazed how nice they were they have moved into large and a very clean room, I liked their breakfast a lot the location is absolutely spot on restaurants, shops and most of the places I wanted to visit were all in a short walk “excellent” I was very pleased.

Close to shipping, everything is in walking distance . Very friendly staff, always there to help with anything.

Nous avons aimé la proximité avec les principaux sites à visiter.
Personnel très accueillant et sympathique, mais ne parle pas tous anglais.
Nous avons beaucoup moins aimé l'horaire tardif du petit déjeuner et le choix limité, fruits et jus de fruit complètement absents du buffet.
Le jour du départ nous sommes partis sans avoir déjeuner, la direction de l'hotel devrait prévoir au moins un encas à consommer sur place ou à emporter, d'autant que le petit déjeuner à été payé pour toute la durée du séjour.
Pour cette raison malgré le confort de la chambre, je n'y retournerai pas.
