4 nights with a pleasant experience

Pros: Shuttle to and from the airport. Nice, friendly and polite staff upon arriving at the hotel. Delicious and tasty meals.
Cons: Service Staff during breakfast can be a little more patient and ensure that the guest has completely finished before removing food and beverages.
I chose this hotel to be near and away from the airport as the reason for my visit to Istanbul was business was at the General Aviation Terminal. More information can be provided on the exact location that the shuttle pick-up and drop off. After asking numerous people, I was finally directed to the general location. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greet by nice and friendly staff. My room was upgraded to business suite. The room and bathroom was clean. The bed comfortable. My room was away from the street and airport side therefore the noise level was minimal. I did visit the room of my colleague who was on the airport side and we were astonish that the noise level not have the noise from the street and departing airplanes were heard but not bothersome. The meals (whether order from the bar or restaurant), were very well prepared (steaks very tender) and tasty. The variety at breakfast (especially fresh fruit) was great.

Sehr edles, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel.

Pros: Nähe Flughafen
Cons: Nicht viel, Hotelbar-Preise sind sehr hoch (Schweizer-Preise).
Location: Nicht viel, Restaurants sind in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Obschon das Hotel am Ende einer Startbahn vom Atatürk-Flughafen liegt, hört man in den Zimmern nichts vom Fluglärm. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber leider können sich die Fenster nicht öffnen lassen. Dadurch muss man sich mit der Klima-Lüftung zufrieden geben. Ums Hotel herum gibt es nicht viel, es gibt weiter oben (wenn man aus dem Hotel rausgeht rechts) einen Stadteil mit vielen kleinen und auch feinen lokalen Restaurants. Aber die Metro ist nicht weit, mit der gelangt man relativ schnell ins Stadtzentrum. Für einen Daueraufenthalt ist es aber nicht das beste Hotel, gut für jene, die in Flughafennähe bleiben wollen. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel, das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell.

Very nice staff

Stayed only a few hours overnight due to cancellation of my flight. Surprisingly nice staff there.

Accueil très mitigé.

Accueil très mitigé. Certains personnels fort désagréables, notamment le musclor chargé d'encadré salle de sport et piscine et clampin groom à la porte d'entrée. hotel de transit airport mais faut être équipé d'un casque pour utiliser la piscine....
