Das Service war sehr nett und haben sich immer bemüht zu helfen. Mir hat es gefallen dass es ein Transferunternehmen direkt im Hotel gab und auch bei ihnen hat alles ohne Probleme und Komplikationen funktioniert. Ein besonderes Lob an die Putzkräfte im Hotel, sie haben jeden Tag sehr gute Arbeit geleistet! Falls ich wieder nach Istanbul reise werde ich bestimmt wieder „Sura Hagia Sophia Hotel“wählen.

5 Sterne entspricht Landeskategorie und nicht EU-Standard aber der Preis ist auch nicht für 5 Sterne. Preis/Leistung hervorragend. Personal sehr nett und stets bemüht. Mitten im Geschehen. Frühstück war ok. Daher top Enpfehlung.

We had some problems with the air condition, but they were solved. Another point is, that it was really loud this time. Our room was on the ground floor near the entrance, so you hear when people leave or enter the hotel.
