We think that there have been some negative aspects of yours about our hotel. As you know, some individual failures occur from time to time in every facility and we always strive to raise ourselves, our brand value and our hotel quality. We apologize if we've upset you at your stay. We would love to see you again in order to remedy this situation and there is no doubt that we will make up for it.
