The space
Relax in the comfort one of our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units, featuring oceanfront views from your own private, screened balcony and all the amenities you need for a fun-filled beach getaway. Each unit is equipped with a fully-furnished kitchen, allowing you to cook your favorite meals and enjoy them in the dining room or on the balcony with the beautiful Treasure Coast as a backdrop. Guests will enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room after a long day at the beach or pool. Rooms contain one king bed in the first bedroom and two twin beds in the second room. Expand your sleeping arrangements by making use of the living roomâs queen sleeper sofa. This unit type is ideal for small to mid-size groups.

This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. The resort assigns all units. Unit view, floor, and unit location on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.

-A credit card for a $200-$300 security deposit and a daily $35 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).
* At the time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made.
* Please contact the resort before arrival if you anticipate your arrival time will be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
* Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
