Josh and Lissa at the hotel's fabulous lounge on the 2nd floor are amazing! They took such good care of us and made us feel like family, even though we were only there 1 night. This level of guest service is what sets luxury hotels apart from the rest. Our room was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Absolutely love this hotel and its exceptional staff! Thank you for a perfect 5-star stay!

I nicked one star for not having a microwave in each room. Staff did provide one when requested.

Great husband & wife getaway

Spent 2 nights at the Tennessean. This is our 2nd time staying in the hotel. We love the area and the space offered. The bar and restaurants are great with a large fireplace and billiard room. I wish I brought my own pillows however, they just aren't "home pillows".
