We stayed at Harvey Casino for 3 days. They gave us a room which was not clean. dirty towels all over the place, bed was not made. Sheets on top of the TV, etc. I have picture I can upload if you like. We called down to the desk and reported it. They said they will assign another room and will send a bellman in 20 minutes otherwise we will have to come down to the lobby. The new room they gave us was downgraded. I won't not stay at this place again. Thanks.

Hello and Thank You for your feedback. We do apologize your experience was not as pleasant as we hoped it would be. After checking your folio, it does look like we adjusted off certain fees to compensate for your experience. We do hope you change your mind and visit us again and allow us the opportunity to change this negative experience into a much more position one.
