Very good location, nice rooms, clean and quiet. Third stay, due to Corona fears London was empty. Arrived at 10 am, hotel was not really booked well, BUT: staff told us no room available at arrival time ( ok for us ) but offered room „upgrade“ for 30£ with immediate access. Thanks for great service !!! If you want to satisfy clients this way you should change your policy.
