Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel im schönen Londoner Bezirk Kensington. Zur Tube Station Earls Court keine 5 min Fussweg. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer (Deluxe - Dreibettzimmer) war für Londonder Verhältnisse sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Zustellbett wurde auf Wunsch sofort getauscht, da die herkömmliche Matratze zu dünn und weich war.

Super gelegen im vornehmen Stadtteil Kensington. U-Bahn nur 2 min zu Fuß entfernt, Flughafen und Innenstadt dadurch leicht erreichbar.
Personal sehr nett und hilfbereit, Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die neueste, und bei dem Preis hätte ich keine löchrigen Bettbezüge erwartet. Aber das ist nur ein kleiner Mangel.
Haben uns sonst sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Zimmer inklusive Bad waren relativ groß, die Walk-in-Dusche sehr gut. Vergrösserungsspiegel im Bad, extra Leselampe am Bett. Das Personal war sehr offen und freundlich, ich fühlte mich willkommen. Lage top, Tube und Bus fast vor der Tür.
