Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Verschiedene Museum und der Hyde Park ganz in der Nähe und zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbuffet hat eine grosse Auswahl geboten. Leider musste wir für den Fitnessraum und das Hallenbad, als Hotelgast zusätzlich zahlen.

Our guests also have the choice of using South Kensington or Knightsbridge underground stations or alternatively the No 14 bus which is a 24hr service into the West End, which makes travelling around the capital easy. Buchung war bestätigt mit 1x Leernacht Anreise und 1x Leernacht Abreise . Anreise war telefonisch durchgegeben als Frühe Anreise - von daher auch die Leernacht , damit das Zimmer fertig wäre zum Einchecken am Morgen . War es nicht - die wären wohl ausverkauft und habe das Zimmer weiterverkauft - nach über 1 Stunde , denn das Ersatz Zimmer. Keine Entschuldigung- kein Upgrade - keine Rückerstattung und es würde 6 Tage kein Staub geputz oder gestaubsaugt! Das do not disturb Schild würde 2x aufgehängt bis 9:30 wegen frühstück!

Not again

-There was a Plaster in my Salat at the hotel restaurant. -No VIP advantages unless we paid. -Very Old building, cero noise isolation, doors of all rooms have no dumper; so they always slam; very bad mattresses quality. -Very poor food selection for breakfast. -Lack of interest from hotel personnel to fix things despite the complaints

The Rembrandt ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in einem tollen Viertel von London, von wo aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreicht werden können. Die U-Bahn Station South Kensington ist in 5 min zu erreichen und die Bus Station ist ggü. vom Hotel und vor dem Hotel ist direkt ein Taxistand. Das Personal unterstützt bei jeder Planung und ist zuverlässig.

Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Negativ war, dass man u.a. für die Nutzung des hoteleigenen Pools zahlen muss. Weiterhin war das Silvester Buffet maßlos überteuert und die angebotenen Speisen waren den Preis absolut nicht wert! Unser gebuchtes Grand Zimmer hatte die miserabelste Aussicht, welche ich bis dato in einem Sterne Hotel hatte.

Es hat wenig funktioniert. Das Zimmer war schlechter als die gebuchte Kategorie. Safe hat nicht funktioniert. Und besonders ärgerlich: Early Check in, Late Check our wurde zwar gebucht, war aber vor Ort nicht verfügbar. Umgebung ist aber sehr nett
