The facility is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Challenges: no hot water in the bathroom sink and the Keurig coffee maker did not work.

There seemed to be a power outage and there were no emergency lights in the hotel rooms. The power was out for over two and a half hours.

We unfortunately we're affected by the neighborhood power outage and can reassure you there were emergency lighting down the hallways, elevators, stairs, parking garage and all required areas. We also had emergency lamps available at the front desk which we had offered you that morning and you refused. We apologize for your experience and hope you have a great day.

everything was perfect except for the shower it didn’t reallly have enough water pressure but overall everything was excellent
