Service staff in restaurant was terrible. They spent more time complaining about how there was no busboy than focusing on guests. Ordered food took over 40 minutes to receive. Coffee and water had to be refilled ourselves as we could find no staff. No milk was at buffet and after asking 3 times did we receive it.

The interior design is beautiful and it’s open and airy. Lots of space to relax or work. But I was shocked at how slow restaurant was, they seemed understaffed and flustered and confused. We canceled our lunch because it was talking too long and my son was starving!!

Service was quick and rapid- a request for room service was fulfilled within 20 minutes; however, pricing of parking was relatively pricey at the time. $35 a day for uncovered, and $40 for Valet parking. Waters, apples, and other liquid commodities are free. No jacuzzi/hot tub, though.
