The property is about 30 minutes from the city centre. It was really a horrible experience for me and my family, the beds are outdated and not comfortable I’ve got back pain as a result I need to take tablets. The room service was not too bad, however they have changed the sheets only once during my five days staying. The noise levels was worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, there is a pub just down stairs which is crowded and noisy and playing louder music until 3-4am my little son couldn’t sleep because of that. There is no reception so if you need anything you have to contact them via phone. The bedroom has tiled dirty floor . I don’t recommend anybody to book this property ever because it’s horrible!! Actually I was wondering how can I get compensation for that!

Vamos a ver, por que hay cosas que no se ajustan a la realidad: Que el hostal está a 30 minutos del centro es cierto, claro, ya lo podía ver en el mapa. Estamos relativamente cerca del aeropuerto y del recinto ferial Ifema. Es decir, estamos justo donde usted ha reservado. Le recuerdo que somos un hostal , el mas económico con muuuucha diferencia de la zona y para el precio que damos el servicio está acorde con el precio. Que no hay recepción ya se advierte a la hora de reservar y también que hay que ponerse en contacto con nosotros. No obstante estamos todas las mañanas para cual quier necesidad y si nos llaman no tardamos mas de 4 minutos en acudir. Sobre le ruido del bar, ellos tienen licencia hasta la una de la mañana. Puede haber ruido solo hasta esa hora. Por lo demás, siento que no haya sido de su agrado la estancia pero si en cinco días ustedes no dicen nada, es complicado poder remediar aquello que no esté correcto.

All noices from the staircase and from the other rooms were heard to inside your own room. Entrance from the street was nice and it gave you a little bit more privacy. Good choice to someone who doesn't need all kind of services.

I liked the neighbourhood a lot. The hotel owner was cool, it wasnt a crowded hotel which was nice in my personal opinion i would rate 4/5 when i think how cheap it was to stay there but what i didnt like was that you couldnt lock the balcony doors from inside and the balcony was shared with 3 other rooms so i was a little scared of my macbook getting stolen but it didnt :) it would also be helpful to add the areacode number to the hotels phone number i think it was 00 34..

Hi, thanks for your score and your comment. Regarding the shared balcony, the balcony doors can be closed pro inside, but, nevertheless, I will take advantage of your comment to inspect the doors of all the rooms with balconies, in case there is a breakdown. The balconies are only shared with another room and in one or two weeks there will be some separations so that everyone has their own space on the balcony.
