Ein sehr charmantes Gebäude mitten in der Stadt. Besonders gut hat uns der Stil und die Einrichtung gefallen. Sehr modern in einem uralten Gebäude. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und man hat gemerkt, sie wollten unseren Aufenthalt zu einem perfekten Erlebnis machen. Die Dachterasse wäre ebenfalls wunderschön, leider konnten wir sie nicht gross nutzen da wir im Winter da waren. Wir haben vom Hotel super Tipps fürs Abendessen erhalten, das Zimmer war immer sauber und wir hatten einen mega Ausblick. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen

Tolle Städtereise in einem tollen Hotel

Pros: Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel, sehr freundliche und aufmerksames Personal, stets herzlich willkommen
Cons: Fitnessstudio ist erst ab 10 Uhr geöffnet, auf Anfrage wird es aber früher geöffnet, super Service
Location: Top Lage an der Grand via, Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Ausflüge, Touristik Bus gleich um die Ecke
Städtereise in Kombination eines Fussballspiels von Real Madrid, top Lage für sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten

Personnel vraiment agréable à chaque moment de la journée , très bon restaurant et location parfaite! Peut être 1 personne en plus pour le petit déjeuné et au bar car un peu d’attente malgré les efforts des serveurs pour vous servir mais mérite largement le label SLHW. Bravo

Nice hotel close to the big museums

Pros: Location, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room, nice bed, roof terrace.
Cons: Open the restaurant also in August.
Location: Within walking distance from the big museums, that was the main thing for me.
Had a nice stay for three nights, room was spacious enough for one person, bed and pillows excellent as were the towels in the bathroom. Lovely roof terrace with bar, although the first night I got no service, the staff was occupied with talking to each other. Breakfast was excellent and buffet beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the hotel's acclaimed restaurant was closed for August. Luckily the staff was verybhelpgful in booking the table in nearby restaurants. A good experience all in all.
