I was disappointed with the Restaurant and Bar and Breakfast service of such a 4 stars hotel. You should deal with everything alone, search for Salt, for spoons for coffee you ask the waiters whom are running and they just neglect you they don't even hear you. Dinner is a catastrophe, you will not get the Receipt after you finish, imagine you should go somewhere in the bar and you should guess what you eated and the person on the bar has no idea what you took, and the waiter who was getting the order and bringing everything suddenly disappeared. Bar the same you pay 7 eur for one beer and you get just a bottel of beer ,no glasses, i saw others they give them chips but not all, so better to bring the same bottel of beer from a supermarket that will cost 1,5eur and drink it there.
