Breakfast service of the sole gentleman was extraordinary. Frontdesk staff was very helpful and polite.
Cleaning service with lots of room for improvement. Must become better, please!
Gym was pretty good.

Empfehlenswert aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen, der Sauberkeit, großes Zimmer, komfortables Bett, in den Nachtstunden ruhig.

Gym and friendly staff highlights cool rooms with in room foam rolls a workout area with resistence straps. Location a little unusal, but not difficult and keyd access on every floor to parking on the same floor, incredibly convieint beginning and ending your work day without lobby interuption.

Front desk and restuarant/bar were wonder, helpful and nice. The housecleaning staff were rude and wouldnt even try to get the cat urine smell out of my room! Frustrating evening but i give credit where it is due

The room seemed not to be clean properly. I found hair in the bathroom that was definitely not mine I have braids The parking garage entrance / exit is very tight. On my last day my family and I was waiting to leave before heading to the port. A few staff got into an argument with one another, and guest over what seemed to be over making a sandwich. It was extremely noisy floor between guests running and playing in the hallway all hours of the night

Awful experience. The air didn’t work properly in the room and had to request it to be fixed 2 times. TV kept showing fuze every 30 seconds(not exaggeration) never fixed after 3 requests. The power went out my first stay from late night into the early morning. Check in sheet showed room service available 12-5 called and was told the kitchen was closed and not sure why the sheet said that. Kitchen had no chicken dishes available Saturday night. TV’s in the bar area didn’t work all weekend. I thought the best part would be checking out and apparently they moved to another room in the system, but never notified me so it took 5 mins for them to even find me in the system
