Zimmer war auch nach der Reinigung noch schmutzig. Meine Wäsche wurde vergessen zu reinigen. Im Gym waren 4 Geräte defekt. Die Aussicht war top und das Essen auch. Im allgemeinen hat das Hotel sicherlich schon bessere Tage gehabt.

Kein Strom und kein Wasser im Zimmer

Super view aber der Strom hat innerhalb von 3 Tagen 2 mal nicht funktioniert, einmal Nicht Für 3 Stunden und beim 2. Mal waren es über 12 Stunden kein Strom und kein Wasser im 14. Stock. Die Fahrstühle haben nicht funktioniert und das Problem konnte nicht behoben werden.

I found our stay at Eden Roc offensive. 1) I prepaid for "daily breakfast", but once there, was told that only included a continental breakfast. Had it said that, I wouldn't have prepaid for it. 2) ordered "Scallops" from the menu for $22. Received one scallop, and was then told it was $22/scallop. 3) Ordered 2 margaritas at the pool for $68. It was cold and rainy on our way back from our continental breakfast, no one at all was sitting around the pool. My wife and I sat for a moment on one of the covered bedlike lounges to talk about what to do that rainy day. Immediately, an attendant ran up to tell us we couldn't sit there without paying for it. I tip well and the staff was nice to us, but the hotel nickeled and dimed us at every opportunity. We found we had to ask, "exactly what does it cost , and what does it include?"... for everything.

not the best, for the price it was average. Service was decent but not exceptional. Lots of hidden charges and wifi was wonky for the price

Edén Roc charged him for the room that he had already paid for with you, informing him that you never sent the confirmation when I have the confirmation in my email and the literal payment was stolen from me, they say it was Hotels.com and you say it was them
