Super Hotel, nettes Personal, Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Umgebung. Schöner, kleiner Dachterrassenpool.

Veröffentlicht am 16.01.2024 auf HotelsAverage at best. Upon arrival we found a dirty porcelain cup in the pantry and a cloth hanger on the floor behind a chair. No working restaurant and no prior notice that it was not open. One day no cleaning of room and next day not until we complained. Size of room good. Location, fitness center and swimming pool area very good. Staff not sufficiently knowledgeable about the premises. Several attempts to call front desk with no answer.

You need a ramp from the front upper level to the street
level at the main entrance and exit.
I could not manage my luggage from the front exit
to the driveway.
A ramp would have been very helpful. A gentleman did
offer to help me to get my luggage from the front exit to the driveway

A good hotel option near shopping, restaurants, and parks. Expensive parking on nearby lots, but otherwise a decent place to spend a night.

This is a great hotel. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi with views of Biscayne Bay. Great balconies with views of Coconut Grove and Coral Gables too. Only negative is elevators take a long time but ok.
