Zimmer schlimm, kaputtes Sofa und Risse im Boden neben dem Bett dazu noch dreckige Waschbecken!!! Balkon sehr schön mit Blick! Empfang mies Auto wurde erst nach Aufforderung vom valet in Empfang genommen. Unsere Koffer wurden einfach In die Halle gestellt und gesagt wir sollen sie gleich selbst mitnehmen!!!! Nach 11 Stunden Flug ein schrecklicher Empfang und super schlechtes Service. Hotel richtig runtergekommen! Außerdem Hotel Eden roc im gleichen Haus und keiner fühlt sich für irgendwas zuständig! Nie wieder!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I came here on a business stay and it was a nightmare. They had construction happening at 7 in the morning on the rooftop! Mind you, I was saying in the penthouse. I complained to the manager and said she will waive the resort fee for the inconvenience and never did because I'm seeing it on my invoice. This hotel is a mess.

Don’t book zen

Bait and switch on Zen Suite. Looks nothing like the website. Our corner room had one wall of windows and a giant wall of concrete with a 10’ curtain covering up a tiny window. Room was set back from ocean so while you could see it, you had to overlook the dirty rooftop of hotel facilities. Room was nice but stained rug and bed was worn. Not worth the price at all.
