The location was good. Close to the beach and stores. Inside the building was nice except the hallway rug smell like mold. Inside the room has several roaches that I killed on daily. The remote of TV doesn't work for me even though it was supposedly was fix after I communicate with the property manager. The pest control man came out the next day but has this container of spray but told me he didn't see any roaches and I told him I don't want him to spray the chemicals around because I was eating and the window can't be open to air out the toxic smell. He says to call him if I see 5 or more roaches at the same time so he can put out a box of trap. I saw one, two and three crawling on the wall, floor, cabinet and on 2 occasions one fell down onto my dish while I was cooking. I don't know if I ate one if it fell onto my pan. Smh I am not scared of roaches but I don't want to see them crawling around my room. I stay in many places throughout my travels domestically or internationally never saw many roaches in my room before. Hot or cold weather. I think the hotel need to do pest control all around the building.

The apartment is small but complete. It is a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, and shops; and while dated the furnishings are comfortable and enjoyable. You can't bring a car; there is zero parking nearby, but if you use Uber it's a breeze. I would stay here again if I came back to Miami Beach.

Overall we had a nice stay and the location was good. I liked that the neighborhood was quiet and the pool provided a nice get-away from the busier and louder beach area. Owner and manager were VERY responsive to our every need, we appreciated that. Disappointed when we first walked in, it looked different than the photo. The bed is different now. There was a tired multi-brown colored comforter and very flat pillows on the bed and the nicer looking black couch shown in photo is now a futon with a brown throw blanket. It was not a welcoming look. The towels were a bit tired looking too, but the manager offered to pay for beach towels, that was nice. Overall it's a great value, it worked well. But just needs to be spruced up with fresh new duvet cover, pillows and new towels. Simple fix.
