Kälteinbruch 3 Tage in Miami: Das Hotelzimmer besaß keine Heizung, das Zimmer war 17 Grad kalt. Heizlüfter wurde uns erst nach 2 Tage gebracht. Wir saßen mit Anorak beim Frühstuck. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht auf Warmluft eingestellt werden. Die Dusche mit Warmwasser wurde erst am dritten Tag aktiviert.

Thank you for the comments Franz, We take every comment to heart so that we may better our services for you and future guests. Miami is not ready for snap colds, it's usually hot year around. This was something out of our control and we did the best we could with what we had available at the moment. All heaters were bought out everywhere. But we understand your frustrations and we apologize for the inconvenience. Until then, safe travels.

Recht gute Lage am South Beach zu erschwinglichem Preis. Geräumiges, aber etwas spartanisches Zimmer. Für unsere Zwecke absolut ausreichend. Allerdings sah dad Wasser im pool nicht so sauber aus, deshalb sind wir lieber nicht rein.Waren allerdings immer Leute drin, wahrscheinlich kiloweise Sonnenschutz drin.

During our stay, the issues started from the time we walked in with the unaccommodating staff. No one seemed to be able to speak good English, and we ended up leaving for the day because we couldn’t get a firm answer as to when our room will be ready other than check in being at four. We returned at four the room is still not ready And had to wait until about 530 to get into a room. During which time we went to the the pool which was dirty around the pool and chairs were old and breaking. Bartenders English on roof was not great and wa difficult to order drinks but she was very nice. When we finally got to our room there was no waters, the front desk does not provide water either they told me where cvs was. Also no hot water i shower or heat in room. While at desk asking about things at one point there was someone next time fora whole extra night because they did not check out precisely on time. Horrible service, unsafe gross area, bad hotel. Almost left and paid for another hotel

Amazing hotel. Me and my boyfriend stay here for 4 nights and it was worth it. The room was cozy and even though is on the main road of ocean it was quiet. I will definely book this place again
