During our stay, the issues started from the time we walked in with the unaccommodating staff. No one seemed to be able to speak good English, and we ended up leaving for the day because we couldn’t get a firm answer as to when our room will be ready other than check in being at four. We returned at four the room is still not ready And had to wait until about 530 to get into a room. During which time we went to the the pool which was dirty around the pool and chairs were old and breaking. Bartenders English on roof was not great and wa difficult to order drinks but she was very nice. When we finally got to our room there was no waters, the front desk does not provide water either they told me where cvs was. Also no hot water i shower or heat in room.
While at desk asking about things at one point there was someone next time fora whole extra night because they did not check out precisely on time. Horrible service, unsafe gross area, bad hotel. Almost left and paid for another hotel
