Disappointing Stay
Veröffentlicht am 31.03.2023 auf HotelsWhen we arrived, we received a room overlooking a parking lot, even though we had booked a room with ocean view. We were told, that all rooms have ocean view, and if you look carefully, you could also see it, but this is not, what I would consider ocean view, also, at night it was quite loud with the cars moving about.
After a complaint, we got switched to another room, which now had a better ocean view, but due to a construction (which is, of course not fault of the hotel) one could neither enjoy the balcony nor the room during the afternoon.
The room service only clean the room in the afternoon, even when we requested morning cleaning. The turndown service waa erratic, sometimes after 20:30.
Some of the services listed in the activities were not offered, thus making false promises.
With a room rate of over thousand euros per night and a resort fee of $57 per night one would expect much better. The hotel was by far not worth the money given that one could not enjoy the amenities.
On the plus side, the staff was friendly.

Wir waren schon öfter in dem See hotel hier in Miami auch in Los Angeles und es ist immer wieder eine Freude hier zu sein… Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich der Service super und wir können das wirklich jeden empfehlen.
