Great for the Price

I really enjoyed my stay. The furniture could use an upgrade and the living room television was very frustrating. We really enjoyed the balcony and the view. We will stay here again. The price was great

Rude staff during check-in....difficulties in accessing the room .....room was dirty

The stay was good. Rooms appliances need to be updated and curtains. Ned slept great and the view was okay. Workers was polite.

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Patricia Grand. We did have a issues getting in the room with the codes that had more than ten digits. We were on a time limit to get in the room. The Patricia Grand no longer uses key cards for the room

Too many dogs. And people don’t clean up after them.

Room was very nice only thing is we couldn’t sit on the balcony because of the birds and bird mess up there
