Bauarbeiten und Parkplatz kostet ab sofort 20 $

Hotel wird gerade umgebaut, man muss unterschreiben, dass man kein Rabatt verlangen wird, außerdem ab sofort kostet der Parkplatz 20 $+ Tax Es ist sehr laut im Hotel, und viele Bauarbeiter sind in den Aufzügen unterwegs, insgesamt keine gute Erfahrung, insbesondere die Lautstärke der Baumaschinen

Great location, spacious and clean room

The room was spacious and very clean. I really liked the bathroom and especially the walk-in shower - it had a lot of pressure, was big, and clean. The bed was nice and comfy. The breakfast buffet was really good! I’m glad I picked this hotel because it has free parking and a shuttle bus runs every thirty minutes to downtown where everything is happening. That’s very convenient! And it’s only a little over one mile to where they drop you off; so close! Alone that would make me choose the hotel again; it was perfect! Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay in Nashville so much, I stayed an extra day. I loved it!

There was no hot water in a couple of our rooms. The thermostat did not want to heat up the room. The room was dusty and management was aware. They said they’d help in their end, but never happened.

Had to pay a $150 deposit which I was not aware of when booking. Had an issue that was quickly resolved. You also have to pay for parking which makes no sense. Stay was comfortable, but financially I wouldn't stay again for those reasons.
