The property was well-maintained and had a pleasant ambiance. Additionally, the staff was cordial and welcoming. Its location is perfect for those who want to explore Bourbon Street and enjoy all the nearby hot spots, as everything is close. Overall, the location is very central and convenient.

No hand soap at sink, I had to ask twice for some. No washcloths, which I didn't discover until I was ready to shower. The sheers in the room are torn (photo) and multiple shades on light fixtures in the 12th floor hall are crushed or broken. The bed sheets were clean. Huge TV! Lots of homeless people on Canal St., so if that upsets you or you're not used to that common city issue, take a pass.

Overall the hotel experience was good. Lobby clean and inviting. Door is attended. Our room was clean but getting cleaning and supplies was near impossible. We had to call several times and stop cleaning staff none of whom spoke English. We get better English visiting Tokyo than we do in our native country

The place is disgusting, the staff is rude and does not know their job at all. Nothing works. STAY AWAY!!!
