The room we had was very clean and nice. It was a cery uncomplicated check in and check out. We had some trouble with the temperature though. The first night it was very hot in the room , the AC was not working and it was a struggle to open the windows because the blinds were broken. The second night it was freezing and you wouldn’t get it any warmer. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Great location

Great location. Nice neighborhood, very quiet. Catch the trolley one block away and go straight to Bourbon St and the French Quarter. Coffeehouse down the street and markets a little further. No need for a car. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom a little small, nice wood floors, plenty of light. Super speed wi-fi. Good value for money.

The building has been renovated and is a beautiful place. Keypads to enter the building and our room made access easy. The remote control for the television was for a different tv and the space was smaller than the photos indicated. However, the worst part was a fight that broke out on the floor below us. It appeared to be a domestic dispute. It escalated rapidly and I called the only number that was given to us. It was the Hosteeva customer service number located in CA. We were in NOLA. She said she would call the property manager that was located in town and I requested that she call me back so I would know it was reported. We never heard back from her and no one reached out to us to follow up. Considering their rules for noise are clearly stated on signs in the house, we found it very unnerving that they clearly do not enforce their rules and there is no property manager nearby. There are at least 14 rooms in the building. The only two that were occupied appeared to be ours and the one below us where the dispute took place. It was extremely unsettling and we felt unsafe.

It was good and all, just wish there was more toilet paper, sheets, towels, instead of one of each.
