Great if not for the street construction!
Veröffentlicht am 01.12.2023 auf HotelsThe property is located on the street car line, well decorated, and clean. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot, however there was no TV service. Maybe I should have read that in the fine print? Also, at no fault of the owner, there was significant street noise right outside due to street construction. Every time a car went over one metal frame over a manhole, it sounded like a gunshot or someone hammering loud! To Sonder's credit, they provided a sound machine, but this made the stay uncomfortable. One small recommendation is to put out hand soap at each sink.

The entrance, lobby and hallway smelled like sewer. We had to hold our nose until we got into our unit. Thank goodness tge smell was not so bad in our unit. This was at the printing press not Constance lofts

The apartment was great. I loved everything about it. My only issue was the was a dead roach on the hallway the last two days I was there.

Price was too good to be true. You can tell the building is a converted warehouse which is expected for the area but the the floors aren’t leveled, the walls were dirty with holes. The bathroom was dingy with no hand soap, 1 set of towels for two people for 4 days, the soap/ shampoo dispensers in the shower looked like they had never been cleaned as the label sticker was coming off with product all on the bottles, the toilet ran all night and the seat looked old and grimy, no additional blankets if you wanted to lounge on the couch to watch tv and the tv didn’t work without a subscription. And last but not least the random people hanging outside and inside the building all times of the day, just a hot mess overall. I didn’t even stay the entire rental period I went and stayed with family as I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. I’ve stayed with Sonder in the past but I would not recommend this property.

Perfect high quality hotel-like experience. They thought of everything, including a stocked kitchen, very secured entry, beautifully decorated, tastefully furnished, high quality & soft bedding. We enjoyed the amazing loft layout of the superior 2 bedroom. It came with an extra half bath, which made for an incredibly convenient and comfortable experience. Super clean and excellent air conditioning. I can’t wait to return.

No parking. Homeless people in the foyer. Plumbing issue with commode.
