Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war leider nicht so toll. Bei Ankuft lagen mehrere Haare auf dem Badboden. Das Bettlaken hatte Flecken. Am 3. Tag lagen abends, bei Rückkehr ins Hotel, Pommes auf dem Nachttisch. Haben die Reinigungskräfte auf unseren Betten zu Mittag gegessen? Fenster waren undicht und der Straßenlärm war sehr laut zu hören.

Great hotel, great location, 100 m away from the subway station, express line A to Manhattan needs 10 minutes to get there

!!!!!!Vorsichtig!!!!Attention Theft Wir haben das Hotel im September besucht. Als wir am Abend wiedergekommen sind, war eine Tasche weg in der Schmuck und Medikamente waren. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption, hat die Putzfrau die Tasche weggeschmissen. Warum wirft man Wertsachen in den Müll? Am nächsten Tag( auch der Rückreisetag) haben wir die Situation dem Manager erklärt, ihm unsere Daten gegeben.. er wollte sich wieder melden, wenn er Nähers wüsste. Wir haben nochmal versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, da keine Rückmeldung kam. Keine Antwort auf Emails… Sehr unfreundlich und nicht kooperativ

I forgot my cell phone in my room, no response to emails or phone calls. I would never again book these Hotel!

Very relaxing. Hot tub wasn’t working but the sauna, steam room n pool were perfect.

The hotel rooms at this property were in TERRIBLE condition!! Nothing like the photos, it’s a hotel catfish. We left after checkin for the Ace Hotel next door which is very nice, more expensive but worth not staying in a room that looked worn, torn, dismal and felt depressing. The room was small and you could clearly hear every conversation through the walls. Also the locks on the door were all clearly tampered with and “repaired”, so we also didn’t feel safe there either. Would never recommend anyone stay here who values cleanliness, aesthetics, safety, and quiet.
