We liked the hotel, it's different from others, 'common' hotels, but got a very bad surprise at departure when the hotel charged us a 'resort fee', which covers coffee, tea & raincoats (coffee and tea were advertised as 'free'). This charge was nowhere mentioned at the booking and we felt ripped off. Another incident is that the first day our room wasn't serviced and when we mentioned that to the staff they asked back if we asked for it to be serviced. So apparently you have to ask for the service, otherwise you don't get it. Speaking to the manager at departure about it, she said we could have complained in the evening when we got back (that would have been 11pm) - not very apologetic.....
Bad overall impression which could have been an otherwise pleasant stay.
