Unfortunately the rooms were very old and also have no Minibar. The staff at the Reception was not very helpfull. i would not recommend going there during the holidays as it is very crowded not only in the hotel but also outside.

Ein Kaffee-Automat und eine Möglichkeit heißes Wasser zu bereiten ist nicht vorhanden! Das WLan wird nur zu sehr hohen Kosten angeboten (16Dollar pro Tag), Alles in allem sollten auch kleine Mängel des Mobiliars behoben werden! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist problematisch! Die Lage des Hotels ist inmitten von Manhatten sehr gut!

Very central hotel

I've stayed in this hotel many times.The hotel is central and is nice. Staff is friendly.

Great stay in NY

It was a great stay! Check in staff was great, efficient and friendly. The room was very large( specially for NYC standards). Very clean, but a little older looking. No mini fridge. The afternoon staff at the restaurant was not very good, slow and inattentive. On the other hand at breakfast they were great. The spa is great also, a true oasis in the middle of the city! All in all it was a very nice stay and I would definitely repeat.
