Unfortunately the rooms were very old and also have no Minibar. The staff at the Reception was not very helpfull. i would not recommend going there during the holidays as it is very crowded not only in the hotel but also outside.

Ein Kaffee-Automat und eine Möglichkeit heißes Wasser zu bereiten ist nicht vorhanden! Das WLan wird nur zu sehr hohen Kosten angeboten (16Dollar pro Tag), Alles in allem sollten auch kleine Mängel des Mobiliars behoben werden! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist problematisch! Die Lage des Hotels ist inmitten von Manhatten sehr gut!

Very central hotel

I've stayed in this hotel many times.The hotel is central and is nice. Staff is friendly.

Two star bedroom in a five star hotel

Two distinct hotels within one shared building. The "Tower" a five star establishment, and the "Palace" maybe three stars. We didn't fully appreciate the difference when we booked and were somewhat disappointed as guests of the Palace. (Their shared common spaces lay somewhere in between.) As for our room, it was more two stars, all mis-matched lamps, battered and chipped furnishings, a rip in the carpet, a large mini-fridge cabinet missing it mini-fridge, and no sign of the promised complementary New York Times. Service in the Gold Room was a bit off: the waiter plopped our shared pastry basket unceremoniously in front of me and walked away, no butter offered. The front desk, maid and concierge staff were professional and welcoming. Beds were comfy. Good location for theatre goers.

Truly OUTSTANDING! I’ve stayed in several NYC 4 & 5 Star Hotels…..Lotte Palace NYC was the best experience! An Old World Luxury NYC Hotel treatment by the staff. Hotel was beautiful, charming, luxurious…made us feel like the Vanderbuilts.
