Perfect place to stay!!!

Clean, great location, great communication!
Veröffentlicht am 04.09.2023 auf HomeAwaySuper clean home. Loads of sheets, towels, and bath mats. Great location at the very north of Newport Beach. Maybe 20 steps to the sand. Bit of a walk on the sand to get to the water.
Very well stocked kitchen with pots and pans and loads of cups and cooking utensils.
Comfortable beds, nice bedding, etc.
Great rental! Would 100% rent from Lisa again!

Life at the beach

Great Stay!

Newport Bliss in September

The bikes and boogie boards delighted the young adults while the quieter, clean beach spoke to the rest of the group. The house was clean and comfortable and easily accommodated a group of 8.

BEST BIRTHDAY
Veröffentlicht am 31.08.2022 auf HomeAwaySeamless check-in process, LISA was very caring we had a late check-in and she was checking on us to see if we made it in. The property is beautiful maybe 15-20 steps to the beach. The bikes, boards, balls, games were extremally to nice to have we took a ride up to Balboa Island got some delicious ice cream and some drinks at the bar. The fireplace was probably my favorite part of the house, very relaxing everything I hoped for!

Great Beach House

The best week ever!

We look forward to booking another stay here!

Perfect beach house

The house had a wagon, beach toys, towels, bikes, chairs, and more!! The washer and dryer were very good quality and I loved doing laundry everyday. It was such a clean home. The sheets were so nice and we all had good nights sleep.
We would definitely book this house again for our next beach trip. Thank you!!!!
