Dear Anesu,We're sorry you feel this way. However, please note we take breaking of our house rules seriously with 0 tolerance policy. You have passed the front door code and room keys to other people who were not registered with reception and were trespassing compromising the security of our guests and premises which will not be tolerated as the security of our guests is of utmost importance to us.

Atrocious treatment from manager

Dear Guest, We are trading in this market from near 20 yeras and never treat our guest as a kids. House rules are principals for guest and staff safety and overall property as well. We cannot accept no respect to these rules specially if you confirm booking term & conditions.Single room is for one person only!

Great stay
Veröffentlicht am 06.11.2023 auf HotelsWe stayed for two nights the hotel was clean and the breakfast was cooked to order. The gentleman who served us was king and very polite. If I was coming back to Nottingham I would definitely stay again.

Short and Comfortable.
Veröffentlicht am 21.09.2023 auf HotelsI had to check in at midnight and was nervous there wouldn't be any service available but I was received well regardless of the inconvenient hours. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very warm and professional.

Good location, just a short walk from Beeston Station. Building is old and a little run down outside, but is well maintained inside. Stairs were a bit steep (no lift). Room was small but fine for one person and was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Very good value overall
