The Hotel is nice, good service, but be careful some pools you have to pay extra, food is good and nice, but the huge problem is the reception, they block a lot of money (400 EUR) on your credit card; they refused to take the used amount in hotel restaurant (50 EUR) from this blocked money; the blocked money was to my surprise fully returned but deblocked after 18 days, that’s very unusual and not fair, be careful, and at all it needs 4 remembering to deblock the money

Allow me to inform you that there are 3 kind of pool available in the resort to pamper our guest. The main pool with kids pool in the center of the resort is open for free for all of the guest. Then The Level pool is a private pool for our exclusive guests which had paid for an exclusive service named "The Level". Then our Lagoon Access Pool is a benefit of our Lagoon Access Room which our guest can enjoy the pool just a step from their terrace room. Indeed, besides the main pool, our guest need to pay extra for The Level and Lagoon Access pool to enjoy the benefit of the facilities. Regarding the hotel deposit, various hotel in Indonesia especially in Bali implement this same regulation. Our aim is to ensure that our guest stay is running smooth, however, our guest has their own liberty to refuse yet need to settle the transaction directly at the outlet. The refund it self will takes up to 14 working days or it depends to the bank issuer.It is always a great pleasure to have you here.
