Very family friendly and comfortable.

It is very recently remodeled , the room was brand new inside and fully updated with a kitchen and appliances. This was an off season visit and the weather was cold outside but the atrium was warm and spacious, the indoor pool was perfect and popular with families. Family friendly activities included a juggler teaching kids. Restaurants across the street and a real grocery store one block away. We go to O.C. several times a year for long weekends and I think Princess Royal is just perfect for my family.

Wonderful stay!

Fun time off season

The indoor pool at the Princess Royale is a gem. My only complaint is what happened to the hot tub and saunas?? We really enjoyed our stay with our two under 5 and absolutely loved the entertainment on Saturday. Thank you so much!

The best bang for the buck, and it's a little bit outdated and I found a vibrator under my bed in room 454.

This property is a nice location. The room was spacious and offered more than I expected (kitchen area, living rm area). The property has been well-maintained in the common areas. My issue was that our TV did not work. I couldn't call to complain, because the phone didn't work either. After walking down to the front desk to report it, I was told maintenance would come right away. We waiting 3 hours and no one came. Finally gave up and went to bed. Disappointed that the phone nor TV worked. Other than that, the property met our needs and was definitely clean and priced fairly.

Could have been great value. However, with pool closed 4,5 hrs early, 30 min after check in with no warning (and we came for the indoor pool which was great in the very short time we used it). Check in is advertised as 4pm but we got a text it was 5pm, and arcade machines were not connected to internet, but this was not clear until we tried using the $20 card we bought. Zero help or interest from front desk in helping us get refund for these cards.
Pool great and room fine for price but we cannot recommend this hotel and will not come back.

New Years!!!
Veröffentlicht am 06.01.2024 auf HotelsWe have been yearly guests of the princesses royal since 2016 and always enjoyed our stay, the pool was always a big plus in the fall and winter season.
We were very impressed by the renovations that were made and the cleanliness of the floors in our room.
My only issue was the modernized stove top, that was frustrating to say the least, maintenance came and fixed issue but only one burner was working. Not a big deal but simple stove tops is easier in my opinion.
Other then that, everything else was amazing and celebrating our new years was even better!!! We had such a great time that we even extended our stay.
