Beautiful hotel inside and out! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We enjoyed our ocean view room and the indoor pool was great!

Bad management

I was very disappointed with our stay. We have been there before. The manager was very disorganized. We had bought breakfast vouchers. When we got there he said to the other staff that he didn't know what to do with the vouchers because the restaurant was going to close for a week. He left us to run upstairs. When he came down i was irritate because he didn't know what was going on. They knew about the closer for weeks, sometimes should have been in place.

Yesterday we were sitting by the pool when a gang of tresspasers came in and got into the pool area and stripped down to their underwear. Management did nothing in fact they defended the thugs. they werent staying in the hotel at all. At no point was the police called.

Hotel great, breakfast wait time was not

The hotel and room were great. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I and other guests found the hot tub too hot and the jets turned up too hard to be able to sit in front of them. Biggest downside was I prepaid for the breakfast each morning and it took FOREVER two out of three mornings. The first morning it took at least 30 minutes to get our drinks. The third morning I stood at the reception desk a good 10 minutes before getting seated. If I hadn't prepaid for breakfast, we would have left.
