Not perfect but OK

Check in had not given me a ground floor room, the gentleman that was at the desk, was able to make the change. I’m 84, and several steps, is never a good fit for me.
Because of all the rain, I had no electricity thru the night Friday and Saturday morning, and also no hot water.
