Einmal und nie wieder

Hotel leider runtergekommen, zum nächsten einkauft Möglichkeit 7 km, Frühstück gab Toast und Marmelade zu auswahl, Kaffee und appelsaft. Wlan nur in Lobby. Möbel und Teppich sind mindesten so alt wie das Hotel. Pluspunkt ist Parkmöglichkeit.

Thank you for taking time to write a review. We are an older property, however we are undergoing renovations as we speak. We now have Wi-Fi in the guests rooms. We hope you give us another try post renovations.

Hotel sehr alt, sollte abgerissen werden

Gut: Es gab noch ein freies Zimmer
Nicht so gut: Alles
Lage: Es ist außerhalb von Orlando daher nicht viel was man tun kann.
Unfreundlicher Empfang-Wifi geht nicht im Zimmer und in Lobby nur sehr schwach. Frühstück sehr bescheiden. Alles sehr veraltet und wenig gepflegt

We now offer Wi-Fi in the guests rooms since your stay. We are currently renovating the entire property interior, as well as exterior. Please give us another try when they are completed

The hotel was out of business when we arrived at 9pm to check in. No warning or advance notice was given. We had to scramble and find another place to stay. Not pleased!!!

Zero of Hotel !!!!

There was no stay there because the hotel was closed when we arrived . They didn't bother informing anyone about their closure. No text, no email nothing at all...very unprofessional of them. I will never book again with them!!!

The hotel was closed since Nov 8th and no prior notice provided. How can Expedia work with a company like that?

Not perfect but OK

Check in had not given me a ground floor room, the gentleman that was at the desk, was able to make the change. I’m 84, and several steps, is never a good fit for me. Because of all the rain, I had no electricity thru the night Friday and Saturday morning, and also no hot water.

Staff shortage

Power outage made getting ready for the day difecult . power being out ruined leftovers in fridge due to defrosting no note or coment from staff to warn us it had been out that long
