Looked pretty but maintenance was lacking… light switch didn’t turn lights on or off, and lock didn’t work very easily! Annoying to have to leave my stuff outside to find maintenance to help!

The property was clean and quiet. Check in and check out was easy.

Would still book here again but skip breakfast.
Veröffentlicht am 19.01.2024 auf HotelsBooked an overnight trip for my wife and i. When booked room i requested downstairs being my wife can not do stairs due to knee problems. Once i was checking in i asked if the room was downstairs tge receptionist said no we can upgrade you for 139.00 to a suite if you want downstairs. Needless to say my wife had to climb stairs. Once in room i grabbed the ice bucket to go get ice only to find it dirty so we skipped that. Went down for breakfast the next morning before heading to disney. Ahoyld of skipped it the food was cold. I had fried egg, sausage, and waffle. For a family place this is a nice place just need to tidy up some things.

This hotel shows a rating of 4 stars but it isn’t. It’s a motel that the floors and bedding were remodeled. The bathroom is still very old and dingy looking. My shower had hair all over the wall. They did not clean the shower properly. There’s bugs in the room, which could be bcuz of the door being opened and closed or bcuz it’s just that old and not cleaned & sanitized correctly. I also ordered a welcome package, which I did not receive, but they refunded me my money back after I mentioned it. I have stayed here numerous of times but I think some of the rooms are cleaner than others. It’s a cheap hotel to just sleep but u pay for what u get. Definitely, not a 4 star. Maybe a 2.8. They need to pay more attention to the rooms than the lobby.

Excelente lugar para la familia y muy acogedor para los niños. El personal de servicio muy atento. Lo que no me gusto es que la habitación tiene una puerta que se comunica con la habitación del lado
