Sehr steril und unpersönlich. Zimmer sauber, aber nicht einladend. Definitif nur als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu gebrauchen!

Disappointing stay

Over all quite disappointing stay: Aircondition not working properly so that we had 26C in our room. I was told that they will try to fix it but that was finally all i heard. Note: there is not even an AC in the official areas and the front desk. Pool and Breakfast room too small for the number of rooms and therefore totally overcrowded. One elevator of three was out of order during our entire stay of 6 days. Without notice the breakfast closed at 9:30 even though it closed at 10 the days before. We almost missed it. Will not visit this Hotel again as there are so much better options around. Price per nicht: 257 euro

Regarding the schedule of the breakfast buffet it is written in our evelators, in front of the restaurant and on our digital service leafleft (you can access thanks to the QR code in your room). We do have AC in both our lobby and in the rooms however we do apologize for not fixing it during your stay. We wish you a lovely day,
