The room had full bags of trash in it upon arrival. Called and texted the front desk multiple times for items to be delivered to our room that never showed up. The last night my girlfriend and I spent some time in the hot tub and we both got pretty severe chlorine rash.

Give it a pass

The property is located next to a highway in a not so great part of town. The room doesn’t look quite like the pics which hide the fact that the sink is in the bedroom. The beds also took a toll on the backs of all 5 people in our group to include 3 fit kids. We were in a suite that was frankly not as nice as a holiday inn express at 3x the price. Let’s not forget the 6pm check in (they got us in early so in our case it worked out) and resort fee. The service was fantastic and the lone bright spot. The lobby was nice and maybe the restaurants really knock it out of the park. I really hate to give negative reviews but this was a real let down.
