Leider nicht ganz überzeugend

Sauberes , grosszügiges Zimmer, die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen und ein Waschbecken lief nicht ab( bei der Preisklasse eigentlich nicht akzeptabel).
Das Hotel ist sehr weitläufig, hat mehrere Pools und 2 Wasserrutschen.

For the amount that you’re paying I’ve stayed at very many different high-end hotels. This place is really rundown. It is not worth the money that is being charged won’t come back.

One of my absolute favorite hotels. Bedding and linens are exceptional. Nightly turn down service and housekeeping are top notch. I have been returning here for over 21 years and have never been disappointed once.

Amazing Staff and Experience

We stayed for New Years Eve and from the valet, bell desk, reception, room service and restaurant staff, everyone we encountered made our stay so enjoyable. The property is always amazing to see during Christmas but also extra special for New Years with fireworks and dj party. This may be our new annual tradition!
