Great for family.

Great stay with family. Very nice lobby with live music on weekend. The kids loved the pool, specially the fast slide.

Overall it was a great stay, but the property was under construction.l. Staff were conscientious about letting us know and working around it, but some facilities were not available. The only time we ate at the hotel, service was very slow, as a large wedding seemed to have staff overwhelmed. Great property,great location.

Good evening, Dave, first, I would like to say thank you for staying with us at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale. Secondly, on behalf of the team, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experience while staying with us due to the improvements we are making to the resort. We understand there is never a perfect time to do renovation projects and are truly sorry that it negatively affected your stay with us. We do hope that you will allow us another opportunity to regain your confidence once renovations are complete.

The hotel was undergoing major reconstruction. And while we were generally warned of this the management at the hotel did not clearly communicate what this entailed. We received less than 24 hours notice that all water would be unavailable for an extended period of time and no forewarning that we would be trapped and unable to leave for 1/2 hour for helicopters to drop off equipment. We almost missed our flight

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience and aggravation you experienced regarding the shortcomings you described. The delivery of this information was sudden due to the emergent issue on property. I have forwarded your comments to our leadership team to review our best policies for providing this information to guests and assist in limiting the impact on guests in the future. It is most disappointing to know that we failed to provide the level of service expected of a Hyatt hotel and you left with an unfortunate experience and feeling for our resort. We do hope once the renovations complete you look to us for your next stay in Scottsdale, and we absolutely will be working diligently to provide a far elevated service in the future.

The hotel is under major reconstruction. No restaurants, no pools, couldn’t get door keys when checked in. When mentioned they said Oh you booked with Expedia but if you would have booked online w Hyatt it was a note about the very limited access there. Expedia did r say Nothing about it and instead showed all the wonderful features at the hotel even though you knew it wasn’t available. Bad on Expedia not informing us. Cheap of you.

The entrance to the self parking, fix the box that’s broken. Looks really bad. Big sore eye amidst the beautiful property.
