Secondly, on behalf of the team, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experience while staying with us due to the improvements we are making to the resort. We understand there is never a perfect time to do renovation projects and are truly sorry that it negatively affected your stay with us. We do hope that you will allow us another opportunity to regain your confidence once renovations are complete.
