Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Bedauerlicher Weise werden derzeit zwei neue Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe gebaut, was bereits in den frühen Morgenstunden erheblichen Baulärm verursachte. Außerdem ist die naheliegende Autobahn stark zu hören. Hier könnten Außenjalousien etwas Abhilfe schaffen.

Many thanks for your comments. I understand that the Park Lane hotel is due to be completed at the end of this month and is currently taking bookings for guests stays during April. Much of Cyprus is in a similar position due to the upgrading and building work being completed on the island. I was in Cyprus recently and did not experience any issues with noise perhaps as I am an early riser.
The motorway is more than 200m away from the apartment - perhaps you mean the coast road which you travel along to access the apartment? Being at the very end of the Limassol city area we experience far less traffic than you would find nearer the tourist centre. I like your idea about the outside blinds although am not sure if this would obstruct the view out across the local area too much.

4stars for the Star estate
Veröffentlicht am 09.06.2019 auf HomeAwayWell appointed flat, very nice furniture and crockery. Cooking area a little cramped got us to wash up promptly. Not so easy to get to the rather dull beach and shops rather distant. The estate is well established and seems to be inhabitated by rather good gardeners I never saw so many hibiscus and oleander so close together. We would come again.

Many thanks for your review Mike - I am glad that you liked the apartment and managed to work around the somewhat limited counter surfaces in the apartment!
You may have missed the quick way to get to the beach, only about a 7 minute walk from the apartment past the pool. I agree that the beach is probably on the dull side if you compare to just along by the St Raphael Hotel which is much better equipped but also busier. This may well improve once the Park Lane Hotel is completely finished...they had a well appointed beach previously with good watersports provision.
You arrived at the perfect time of year for the flowers - it is beautiful when in full swing and still quite green before the summer heat leaves the ground rather parched.

Lovely stay

The location of the apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the main city centre so it is great if you enjoy somewhere quiet but close to nightlife if you want it.
The WiFi is a recent addition but almost essential these days and pleased that we have installed it for the beginning of the season.

Clean Property and great location on the edge of Limasol

Good location near beach

Great to walk to the beach and local restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend to both couples looking for a little luxury retreat or families for a very comfortable stay.

MAGNETIC you stay once and it draws you back

I always look forward to going back and love the area it is good base to stay and after a day at the beach or an evening out it is always a pleasure to walk back in the front door and relax on the balcony. Lovely apartment and will remain a no 1 in my diary. Many thanks to the owner for the many happy times I have spent there. Thankyou
