Waited in line for 2 hours before I can check-in to my room. Hotel obviously under estimate Christmas guest numbers and did not put enough staff/IT to speed up check-in process. Online check-in does not help as people still need to wait in line even checked in online. Hotel obviously not managed properly. Online checkin and checkout does not work for me with a message "Deposit request amount invalid" although my credit card proved to be good during face-to-face check-in. Their IT need to work on it. Hotel guests not told to punch in floor number for elevator at lobby, so a lot of guests got their first ride in the elevator to the wrong floor before they started to learn this, wasting everyone's time. In general, hotel is poorly managed.
