Waited for customer service to check us in and security was watching desk approximately 30 min wait!
TV didn’t work one of the days!
Had to get coffee and clean towels as no one to deliver to room!
To many individuals hanging out and around that weren’t staying there!
But on the positive side staff friendly but not too helpful as not enough staff!
